Our large family home has four double size bedrooms which can be set up as three double’s and a twin or two double’s and two twin’s. We can provide a cot and highchair if required.
Three of the bedrooms have digital TV offering a wide range of Freeview services and WiFi is available throughout.
The kitchen is equipped with all mod cons, including a microwave, dishwasher, large free standing fridge/freezer and large range cooker with 6 ring gas hob and double electric oven, so you can prepare anything from a packed lunch right through to a gourmet meal.
The lounge is large and connects directly onto the conservatory and balconies that wrap around the house. (We are decorating at the moment and new pictures will be available by mid March). Relax in the lounge and watch the world go by, Lundy can be seen on a clear day and as you can see the estuary looks completely different with the tide out.
Outside we have an extensive drive, offering parking for at least six cars and ample room for turning vehicles around.
To the rear of the house there is a small, private garden area with pond feature and patio table and chairs.
Bookings are available Friday to Friday or Saturday to Saturday, subject to availability.
Arrival times are from 4pm onwards, and departure is requested by 11am (this can be flexible if there is no follow on booking).
