We charge £80.00 per room per night (based on two people sharing a room).
For a booking of two or more rooms for two nights or more we charge £75.00 per room per night.
We also have a family suite available comprising a double room, adjacent twin room and private full size bathroom for which we charge £120 per night (based on two adults and two children, under 14 years, sharing the suite for two nights or more).
Our prices include a homemade Devon cream tea on arrival and a choice of full English or continental breakfast at a time to suit you.
Breakfast and cream tea will be served in our dining area which boasts spectacular 180 degree panoramic sea views.
Guests will be offered the use of our bicycles free of charge to explore the Tarka trail, however, we will accept no liability for injury sustained while using our bicycles and we do not have bicycle helmets.
We can also offer the use of beach towels to save you bringing your own at a small cost of £1 each to cover laundering them.
Self catering
Ocean View is available to rent on a self catering basis throughout July and August 2010 at a cost of £1600/week, and during the Christmas and New Year period 2010 at a cost of £1600 per week. We can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people.

Self catering terms and booking
We require a 25% deposit to secure your booking, with the balance payable 6 weeks prior to your arrival.
Deposits are non refundable and so we would strongly recommend that you take out the necessary holiday insurance to cover those unforseen circumstances.
Ocean View is strictly a family holiday home and we will not be let out to all male or all female bookings.
We also operate a strict no smoking policy within the house.
We would kindly request that any minor damages are notified, and reserve the right to charge for any non trivial damage.
Your stay at Ocean View and the use of its amenities is entirely at your own risk and we can accept no responsibility for any injury or loss to you or your guests during your stay.
