Oceana room
Our Oceana room is a nautical themed room on the ground floor which has amazing and uninterupted views overlooking Instow beach, Appledore, Lundy and Northam Burrows. It has the option of being set up as either a twin room with two 3 foot single beds or as a double with a 6 foot super king sized bed.
Oceana room has a built in double wardrobe, modern pine furniture, tea and coffee making facilities, digital television with built in freeview and a hair dryer.
Oceana Instow
Oceana room has its own private full size bathroom directly opposite (not ensuite) with a bath, shower, oak wash stand, heated towel rail, tiled floor, wc and complimentary toiletries.
Lundy Room
Our Lundy room is a good sized double bedroom also on the ground floor, in between our Oceana and Appledore bedrooms, which has equally amazing and uninterupted views of the estury, Appledore, Lundy and Northam Burrows. It has a built in double wardrobe, ample storage, tea and coffee making facilities, digital television with built in freeview and a hair dryer.
Lundy room has the use of either the Oceana room bathroom or the Appledore bathroom depending on the size of your booking.
Appledore Room
Our Appledore room is a modern and spacious double bedroom, also with amazing and uninterupted views overlooking Instow beach, Appledore, Lundy and Northam Burrows, through a 3 metre front window! It has the option of being set up as either a twin room with two 3 foot single beds or as a double with a 6 foot super king sized bed.
Appledore room has a built in single pine wardrobe, modern pine furniture, tea and coffee making facilities, digital television with built in freeview and a hair dryer.
We display various items of driftwood and beach themed art for sale, made from recycled wood and objects gathered from Instow beach, in this room.
Appledore room has the use of a private full size bathroom (not ensuite) with a jacuzzi bath, shower, wash basin, tiled floor, wc and complimentary toiletries.
