After months of preparation our bed and breakfast accommodation at Ocean View Instow is now ready to recieve the first guests.
Ocean View is a small, family run, child friendly B & B, positioned high on the hill just above the village of instow.
At Ocean View we offer our guests total exclusivity, meaning you will never share the guest accommodation with other guests you don’t know.
Our house has been designed with reverse level accomodation to take full advantage of the spectacular coastal views and can comfortably accommodate small family groups within our flexible rooms, providing campbeds, cot and a highchair.
The whole house is available on a self catering basis for Christmas/ New Year 2009 and July/ August 2010 (See tariff page for details).
Our home has ample guest parking combined with a truely tranquil location.
We do have a Burman cat and a toddler who are very well behaved and due to having a resident cat, we are unable to accommodate your own pets.
Our house is strictly non-smoking.
Located between Barnstaple and Bideford where the Rivers Taw and Torridge meet, Instow is one of the jewels of the North Devon coast and has been a popular spot for visitors for generations.
It is a 5 minute walk into the village which has a long golden sandy beach with views across the river to Appledore and Lundy out to sea.
Ocean View is the perfect setting for a coastal break or holiday, boasting some of the finest views in North Devon.
