Luxury accommodation, fantastic breakfast all in a friendly atmosphere. More like a top class hotel. Lisa & Mike are welcoming & made every effort to make our stay special, relaxing & hastle free.

The view from our bedroom window was 2nd to none, dont think you could get better anywhere in Instow!!
We were made to feel completely at home the whole time and nothing was too much trouble!!
Will be recommending to everyone I know!
What a lovely weekend! Couldn’t have been better, the room was great and what a view!! Mike and Lisa couldn’t have done any more to make us feel at home, even giving hop-a-long on crutches a lift into the village to save the walk. Would recommend a visit!
Spent an excellent weekend with Mike & Lisa. 5 star accomdation in a great setting. Mike & Lisa provided us with everything we required from good advice about where to eat/drink in Instow to providing 6 bikes for us all to explore the tarka trail.
We’ll be recommending you to friends and family and I’m sure we’ll be back again for more fun.

lovely house in a gorgeous setting, would recommend to anyone wanting a top quality b&b in instow.
