At Ocean View we offer our bed and breakfast guests total exclusivity, meaning you will never share the guest accommodation with other guests you don’t know.
Ocean view is a large family house offering luxury bed and breakfast accommodation in a warm, friendly and relaxed environment.
We have four letting bedrooms available, which are all furnished to a high standard. We provide bath towels, hand towels, face cloths, bath robes and complimentary toiletries for use during your stay. We offer great flexibility with regard to how these rooms are occupied having the flexibility of caterng from 2 to a maximum of 8 people per booking, including a family suite. Breakfast is plentiful and you will simply not want for anything. Ocean View is affordable luxury and great value for money.

Our house has been designed with reverse level accomodation to take full advantage of the spectacular coastal views, therefore all our bedrooms are on the ground floor, with our kitchen/diner on the first floor providing glorious uninterupted views of the estuary and beyond.

Our home has ample guest parking combined with a truely tranquil location.
In November 2010 we completed a lovely patio area at the front of the house for our guests to sit enjoy the panoramic views.
A lovely space to enjoy a glass of wine or two!
Not very colourful (being February) but spring will soon be here.
We have a Burman cat and a three year old, both of whom are very well behaved, and due to having a resident cat, we are sorry but we are unable to accommodate your own pets.
We are child friendly and welcome families, providing a cot or travel cot with bed linen and highchair/booster seat upon request.
Our house is strictly non-smoking.
Instow to Appledore
Located between Barnstaple and Bideford where the Rivers Taw and Torridge meet, Instow is one of the jewels of the North Devon coast and has been a popular spot for visitors for generations.
It is a 5 minute walk into the village which has a long golden sandy beach with views across the river to Appledore and Lundy out to sea.
Ocean View is the perfect setting for a coastal break or holiday, boasting some of the finest views in North Devon.
