Ocean view is a large family house available for your holidays as either bed and breakfast or fully self-catering accommodation.
We have four letting bedrooms available for bed & breakfast, which are all furnished to a high standard. Our comfortable beds have feather and down duvet’s and soft polycotton bed linen with matching cushions to provide a homely feel and we provide bath towels, hand towels, face cloths, bath robes and complimentary toiletries for use during your stay. We offer great flexibility with regard to how these rooms are occupied having the flexibility of caterng from 2 to a maximum of 8 people per booking, including a family suite.

At Ocean View we offer our bed and breakfast guests total exclusivity, meaning you will never share the guest accommodation with other guests you don’t know.
Our house has been designed with reverse level accomodation to take full advantage of the spectacular coastal views, therefore all our bedrooms are on the ground floor, with our kitchen/diner on the first floor providing glorious uninterupted views of the estuary and beyond.

Our home has ample guest parking combined with a truely tranquil location.
We have a Burman cat and a two year old, who are very well behaved and friendly, and due to having a resident cat, we are unable to accommodate your own pets.
We are child friendly and welcome families, providing a cot or travel cot with bed linen and highchair upon request.
Our house is strictly non-smoking.
Located between Barnstaple and Bideford where the Rivers Taw and Torridge meet, Instow is one of the jewels of the North Devon coast and has been a popular spot for visitors for generations.
It is a 5 minute walk into the village which has a long golden sandy beach with views across the river to Appledore and Lundy out to sea.
